In joyful celebration of Gandhi Jayanti 2009

Ahmedabad: Established in July 1995, the Sarvodaya International Trust (SIT) was set up to propagate the philosophy of Gandhiji, his principles and his ideology. The trust ensures that all their trustees belong to different religions so that together they can propagate the true spirit of nonviolence.
SIT set up its Ahmedabad Chapter on 19th August, 2000. Since inception, the Gujarat Chapter has been organizing various activities aiming to spread Gandhian ideology among the common public apart from various programmes on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti.
Apart from Gujarat, SIT has regional chapters in Karnataka, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, New Delhi , Tamilnadu, Kerala, Goa and Orissa.
Gandhi Jayanti celebrations 2009 will be held in Ahmedabad in collaboration with Ahmedabad Management Association, Apang Manav Mandal and Mahatma Gandhi International School.
