Bank of India scheme for TVS Flame SR 125 in Gujarat

Ahmedabad: Bank of India has signed a memorandum of understanding with TVS Motor Company to provide finance for customers who intend to buy the latter's TVS Flame SR 125 motorcycle. As part of this agreement, Bank of India will take on the role of preferred financier and offer customers attractive loans.

A special scheme that would coincide with the festival season has also been launched. As per the scheme, which is valid up to 20 October 2009, customers can avail of an attractive 8.5% interest for TVS Flame SR 125 for a tenure of up to five years with funding up to 90%. The scheme also has lowest processing fees of Rs. 500 for loan amounts below Rs 30,000 and Rs. 700 for loan amounts above Rs. 30,000. This association will help both the partners to reach out to customers and make loans convenient and easy for prospective buyers. TVS Motor Company views this initiative as value addition for our customers that will provide them with excellent retail finance options and will be highly beneficial to aspiring owners during the festival season.

The Flame SR 125 is loaded with a host of exciting features that has been further enhanced to delight its customers. It comes with significantly enhanced low and mid range power delivery and better noise, vibration and handling (NVH) characteristics. TVS Flame SR 125's well proven engine is propelled by a three valve, Controlled Combustion Variable Timing Intelligent (CC-VTi) technology which ensures better pickup with optimum mileage and power. Developed with AVL Austria, this 125 cc, three valve engine is tuned to the ideal tumble-swirl port combination so that city riding on this machine is really smooth and comfortable. The engine's hi-tumble reduces the need for constant gear shifting while the swirl port returns optimum mileage.

The traction system of the TVS Flame SR 125 has been enhanced by way of a wider rear tyre which helped to improve road grip and stability. This impressive rear tyre ensures better road grip and enhances the bike's aesthetics. Futuristic styling with refreshing new graphics deployed in this motorcycle gives it best-in-class appeal. For the benefit of riders who are not in the habit of monitoring the digital fuel level indicator, the new bike comes with a manual fuel tap.

TVS FLAME SR 125 boasts of several style statements including stylish headlamps with two position lamps and embedded turn signal lamps which give the bike a sporty finish. The 240 mm front disc brakes are complemented with a chic triangular exhaust that is not only unique but also enhances performance and delivers the smoothest of sounds and low emissions. The bike flaunts an elegant backlit digital console that prominently displays the first of its kind intelligent mileage indicator (IMI), low fuel warning and service indicator. The rear end of the bike sports a dual lens tail lamp that is first in its class. TVS Flame SR 125 is the only Indian motorcycle to be equipped with a gadget boot which provides the facility of on-tank storage.
